Everyone can view SCTV, it you are using a TARBS/UBI box and its blocked out and the Box is not yours then bad luck, but like I said before if you legally bought the TARBS box UBI should not be allowed to block it and if they have you should have the right to show a copy of the receipt of the box and be switched on again to watch SCTV or any other FTA channel on UBI.<br />Yes SCTV might be showing some crap but do you expect them to show the latest and the greatest on this free service? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/default/confused.gif" />
