So tell me who benefits from CS?
Everyone but UBI. Most people already have an internet connection, and you could pick up a decoder for less then $400. I also don't think people are buying the argument about 'more channels'. Consumers know that companies don't really give a toss about the customer, aslong as the money is coming in, which it will, no matter if no new channels appear, UBI will be happy.
