Another tale from that 'house'...

Another time, a family relative was visiting and she stayed in one of my childrens bedrooms.
One night she went to sleep and then awoke sometime later in the darkened room, to find a female person bending over her and looking at her.

The person appeared solid, had dark shortish hair and seemed to be wearing a blouse and skirt.

The relative when realising this was not one of the family, closed her eyes tight shut and lay still for a little while.
When she opened them again, the figure was gone.
She related her night time experience to us the next morning.
Although a little unnerved, she braved the bedroom for another week, and thankfully for her, the figure did not reappear again.

I reasoned (as you do)that whoever/whatever this was, was just used to seeing my daughter in the bed and got curious when she/it discovered someone else in the bed
