It is always good to be able to balance things out and lessons for us appear to be in every nook and cranny( and every crook and nanny - come to think of it!) That event, when I remember it, always makes me laugh to myself and is a good example.

It would have been quite a put down for a ghost, to be recognised as such and then the bed occupant rolls over and goes straight to sleep. Not nice behaviour!

This is why I believe a strong sense of humour comes into play.
To be able to laugh at yourself and not take everything so seriously.

But Alisa, (straight face) the Earth is a living being, so also comes from spirit. Therefore one could say, the earth tremor although physical, had a spiritual basis.
