Unfortunately, I cannot remember what the painting was actually of. So it seems it will all have to remain a mystery. blink

Another tale....

Have you ever spontaneously located to a different space as in an OBE?( Out of body experience).

I appear to have done that.

A few years ago, one evening in November(as I remember) I went to bed, got myself all nice and comfortable and closed my eyes.

Did I see the darkness of the inside of my eyelids? no I did not.

I found myself seemingly outside in the dark somewhere, at least 10 metres (30 feet) up in the air. I was aware that beneath me was some kind of a fire, and the flames lit up the area. Everything seemed so crystal clear.

I was also aware, that I had no physical body, there was just 'me' and I felt very alert and alive.

I think this experience lasted a very brief time, because the next thing I knew, I am opening my eyes, feeling my body lying on the bed and I can see my bedroom dimly lit.

The wonderful thing of having no body, was the absence of feeling the physical body, with all the sensory feelings, feeling the cold, blinking the eyes, swallowing etc.

There was the sense of being there, but only in consciousness.
I wonder if this is how ghosts and discarnates and astral beings feel [Linked Image from i167.photobucket.com]
