Hi Having read what some of you have written really hit home hard and actually made me cry, suddenly realising that i am not alone in this world, a world where money equals being treated fairly by gov depts. I too am having serious problems with docs as they have removed my son from my care and although i am fit to care for my ten year old daughter they refuse to let my eight year old son live with me. I fought in court and lost my case because along side docs were their lawyers, the current carers for my son and their layer and barrister and the lawyer for my son that docs were paying for. I am at a huge loss as to what to do or even where to get the right advice from. It does seem that unless you have a bag full of money no one will even listen let alone try to help you!
