Thanks to all for your kind words of support, I too feel for each and everyone of you. I just got off the phone with DOCS and they have told me that my son is now involved in sporting activities on both saturday and sunday and that this will affect my contact that i have with him. I understand that it is great for kids to be involved in sports but is both weekend days too much? What about quality time with family (in this case his mother and sister)? It seems when it comes to this department the people doing or trying to do the right things always end up with the short end of the stick!
How many good families is this department going to destroy before they realise that they are not helping the people who really need it? If anybody knows can someone please point me in the right direction to get some dvice or information even copies of case studdies that may assist me if i add them to a court application.
