I like the explanation of overpopulation. What often comes to my mind is the analogy of bacterial balance inside the digestive system, and how all are basically good and serve a purpose, but too much of one type will cause havoc and imbalance. At some point a culling is necessary to restore balance.

I have struggled with it being doom or elation. My human side feels doom, but I am assured over and over by spirit that it is cause for great celebration and something long awaited. Having said that, I want to ask you, on what do you base your beliefs here? Do you communicate with spirit, do you have precognition, or is it based mostly/only on logic?

I actually really get a certain comfort from your answer that "on this level 'cataclysm' will clear the way in due time," because it is validating to what I believe (and should know) to be true. Logic dictates as well that everything cycles. I WANT everything to cycle.
