I question definitions and concepts, not to 'get stuck' analyzing everything, nor to imply that language can cover everything. I do this, and suggest to do this, primarily for coherency and to understand something as it is.

As a simple example, society utilizes the concept of "Health Care". I would not call it that, yet many would certainly believe 'it is as they say it is'. And so sickness reigns; dezinformatsiya at a "higher level".
