Cathy How are yoy?
Yes that could be a big problem it happens too much these days, companies closing down and firing up under a new name.
Don't worry I always keep my eyes and ears open.

The roof was finished today, weather was good for a change and it looks good. I am still concerned that some of that pointing cement in the blue bucket still exists and I hope in the near future it doesn't cause any problems. The only other things I have to complain about is, and the management should train their people about this, 1. do not pressure clean tiles on an ashphalt drive way because I have now 29 images of tiles on my drive way.
2. Its just as well that I decided to put mesh on the downpipes otherwise I would have had blocked drains by now.
3. The gutter where the ladder leans on is buckled, they should use the spacer blocks inserted inside the gutter to stop this problem.
Now I would do this so why don't others? My next biggest concern is, the cowboys that come in three weeks time to remove the safety railing, how many tiles are they going to break?
Phil
