I thought of a tale that I found quite interesting and strange. It is made easier to remember since I recorded it my journal. winking

One afternoon (this past March), my husband and his friend J left the house to run an errand. After they went out the door, my 7 year old son (who is autistic so has limited receptive or expressive language) walked through the kitchen saying loudly, "Watch out for the storm, J! Watch out for the storm, Dad! There's a storm coming!" These were phrases I had never hear him use before. The sky was a bit overcast, but didn't look stormy to me. Fifteen minutes later a huge storm hit, flooding the roof over so water was pouring through the usual places in the eaves. rain My son then announced “Trees are falling.” I saw no trees falling, but later when my husband and J returned they told me of all the trees that were falling on the road as they tried to make their way back.

Somehow my son knew through unconventional means what was going to happen and what was happening elsewhere. crystalball
