Hi Phil <br /><br />Having problems with your roof guys <br /><br />Just a couple of notes <br />1, in Sydney a tradesman can not ask for more then 10 % deposit this applies to all trades<br />2 did you sign a contract and if so you got them by the balls because they have put the rail up haven’t they it’s got to be worth some thing <br /><br />And if I was you I would not sign anything else
