Phil<br />Nothing has changed, they are a bunch of cowboys, some is bad luck some is pure stupidity.<br />NOBODY IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD PAINT STRAIGHT AFTER ALL THE RAIN YOU HAVE HAD UP THERE. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> <br />I can tell you what will happen, because time is money and they don't give a fuck they will paint straight after rain if it looks dry its good enough, but I can tell you that moisture is trapped under that paint and when the first series of hot days come you watch the bubbles and blisters come up. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="images/icons/default/mad.gif" /> <br />The problem about roof restoration is its a lottery, if it rains or you have cloudy days or when they wash the roof they don't allow enough time for it to dry you will have problems in the near future.<br />Again keep a good eye on the roof when the heat starts because thats when the shit will hit the fan.<br />The big problem today is its always rush, rush, rush, time is money and considering they went to all that trouble to strip the roof (ONLY BECAUSE YOU WERE ON TOP OF THEM) only to stuff it this way and with the suspect pointing cement the manufacturer should be held responsible and all this repair work will do is cause unnecessary walking on freshly primed and sealed surface which will "HARM IT".<br />When they gouge the pointing cement out are they going to take care not to damage the painted surfaces on the caps and tiles (peeling it back) I bet not as this will take time and time is money.<br />A razor knife should be used first.<br />In my opinion sorry to say, the job now is stuffed. DON"T PAY THEM and if you have paid a considerable deposit don't pay the rest, let them take you to court.<br />Phil you getting soft in your old ages!!! we all know what happened to that Electrical mob in Sydney YOU CLOSED THEM DOWN, they took you lightly and they lost the lot, Get the boys with the cameras out again.
