I'm sure it's not illegal for your dtr to take a neutral support person with her...I'm very sure they can't stop that....start looking for someone your dtr wants in there with her...if she demands it, they have no choice but to allow it or your dtr can refuse to go in there.
It's basic rights of every human especially that of children...the same for you, have a support person with you...it's allowed!
Demand it, your dtr can demand it and do so...
I waited for my lawyer to phone back to advise me if I can have someone else attend and she didnt get back to me in time, well my daughter went for the assessment and loved them, not only were they grooming her but they twisted things, and they also asked her to make the drawing, she refused, so they made one and left the faces out, asking her to complete the faces of our family... Well it didnt go to well, Monday is my time, and this time im not going to be nice about it. I will be recording all of mine also...
