Registered nurses are on around 66,000 per annum.
They aren't paid huge amounts. Most out of uni can get a job there, but will use this as a spring board to elsewhere. No many will stay and make careers out of being CSO/ Team Leader roles.
So these offices have an enormous turn over of staff.
