Well firstly I am sorry I asked what a 'mat muncher was' uggh.

And I am over awed that there are these penalties for bashing a CSO.
Yes, I fully agree it really is like a one way valve where the community gets more and more penalised and it is just giving these CSO's more power. Now I reckon they will be encouraging someone the deck them just so they can press charges and then also make their case more stronger against the parent. I can envisage it now written on their affidavit crap - child's parent displaying violent tendencies. Child at further risk now as parent witnessed to be violent.
Yeah, we know how you guys will twist this to suit your perverted needs.
I always say there is a way to talk to people and another way to talk to people and I understand a lot of these CSO would incite these parents to wanting to punch the shit out of them.
